Kim Chiu expressed gratitude once again for being safe after the ambush incident
Chinita Princess Kim Chiu recalled the ambush incident that she went through last year that created a lot of controversies on social media.
Kim took to her Instagram to express her gratitude for being saved from that unexpected incident that risked her life and the people she was with.
To recall, it was in the morning of March 4, 2020 when unidentified men riding on a motorcycle shot the van of Kim while she was traveling to her taping venue.
Despite of the nerve-wracking incident that happened to her, she still managed to proceed to her taping which garnered admiration from many as she was being professional.
However, those who believed that the ambush was just a staged performance, that act of Kim Chiu supported their belief. There were also allegations that it was just a diversionary tactic because, during that time, the ABS-CBN franchise issue was creating a loud buzz.
Amid the bashing and the allegations against Kim, many of her fans and supporters rallied behind her. Because of that, she is grateful. Remembering the ambush incident last year, the Chinita Princess looks back with the feeling of being blessed.
“3.4.2020 the day that I almost lost it without knowing the reason why? I am truly saved by his grace,” the actress wrote in her Instagram caption.
Because of what happened, Kim Chiu said that her faith even got stronger and that she become more grateful everyday.
“Hindi parin ako makapaniwala na nangyari yun. Pero lubos ang pasasalamat ko na andito parin ako. I lift everything in your mighty name. Maraming Salamat po,” she added.
