Cops Arrested Twin Brothers in Pampanga Who Kill Young Boy to Steal His Phone
Twin brothers in Pampanga were arrested after authorities found that they kill a 4-years-old boy after they stole the cellphone for personal needs.
The Salonga brothers, John Kevin and John Mark, 18, were arrested at the village of Sindalan after a young boy named Kian Angel Belleza was reportedly missing for almost 48 hours.
Base on the report of Inquirer, Kian went missing in Northville 14, a site at the village of Calutlut where informal settlers living along Philippine National Railway (PNR) tracks had been moved.
According to Police, the twin suspects admitted while they are detained at the police’s Compac 3, they strangled the boy, stuffed his mouth with a towel, and struck him with a rock, which resulted in Kian’s death.

The suspects who were living across the victim’s house had stolen the smartphone (Oppo brand) which cost P8,000. They claimed that they have sold the boy’s phone for P2,000.
They said that the money from the phone sold will supposedly be spent on transportation going to Metro Manila to pursue their dreams of becoming a boxer and a movie star as they planned to audition for GMA’s “Starstruck.”
Joel Manarang, the victim’s father, said in an interview on social media, a tricycle driver stop in front of their house on Wednesday night, leaving a plastic bag, and sped off. What’s inside the bag was his son’s lifeless body.
Manarang said, the driver immediately went to the village hall to report that the bag was left by his two passengers. Manalang’s partner, Maria Angela Belleza, saw the twins carrying what she believed were heavy on Monday (Feb. 15).
Kian is Joel’s second child. Brig. Gen Valeriano de Leon, director of the Central Luzon police, said the twins are facing murder charges.
