Janine Gutierrez Shares Throwback Photo To Celebrate “Pinoy Elvis Presley” Eddie Gutierrez’ Birthday
JANIE GUTIERREZ – Actress Janine Gutierrez shared her birthday greetings for her grandfather Eddie Gutierrez, who turned 79 on Saturday, February 6.
Filipina actress, tv host, and commercial model Janine Gutierrez is the daughter of actors Ramon Christopher Gutierrez and Lotlot de Leon. She’s from a family of superstars.
The grandparents of the 31-year-old actress are Pilita Corrales, Christopher de Leon, Nora Aunor, and Eddie Gutierrez. De Leon is the Drama King, Aunor is the country’s one and only Superstar, Corrales is Asia’s Queen of Song, while Gutierrez was dubbed as the Elvis Presley of the Philippines.
On Saturday, February 6, Eddie Gutierrez celebrated his 79th birthday. His granddaughter Janine Gutierrez posted a photo with her Lolo Elvis on Instagram. In the caption, she said the photo was taken last New Year’s Eve. She also gave a sweet message to the veteran actor.
“This is lolo telling me the story of how he won a FAMAS (the best thing I got from winning one too was this conversation) happy birthday lolo elvis!!!! I love you so much,” she wrote.

Janie Gutierrez also shared a super cute throwback picture of herself with Eddie Gutierrez. His eldest child Ruffa Guttierez couldn’t help but react to their adorable pictures. She said, “Love this!!! You spoke for an hour last NYE!”
Ruffa Gutierrez also honored her dad on his birthday. She shared her appreciation and throwback photos on her Instagram account.
“Happy birthday to the Legend, Eddie Gutierrez!! My Dad has shown me unconditional love since the day i was born and raised me to be humble, forgiving, nurturing. He always reminded me to have that “fire in my belly” so that i can survive each trial and every heartbreak in my life.”
“To the most important man in my life…I love you, Dad!,” she wrote.
