Luis Manzano said that he regretted buying this 1 item
Actor-host Luis Manzano revealed the one item that he bought that he regretted purchasing and here is the reason why.
Aside from being an actor and host, Luis is also an endorser, aside from having his own business. It is safe to say that with all his earning, money matters is not a problem for him.
However, Luis revealed that there was an instance that the price of an item really bothered him and unfortunately he bought that.
In a webinar, based on the article in Bandera, Luis Manzano shared that when he shot for a movie in the US, he had the chance to visit a store in New York during their break.
He saw a jacket that caught his attention immediately. “So I saw the jacket, I loved it, “I walked in and everyone took care of me right away. So, they gave me food, gave me sandwiches. And it so happened na may iba akong mga fans na pumunta doon sa store na ‘yon. So, I was there and I had about, you know, six of my tagahangas with me at the store,” the award-winning host said.
The staff of the store even told him that it was the last piece and the previous buyer was Black Eyed Peas member Will.i.am. Without looking at the price of the jacket, he asked for one size and it was brought to him.
”When it finally got there, na-realize ko na I never looked at the price. So, could you imagine? So finally when I looked at the price, parang sinundo ako bigla ng mga ninuno ko,” Luis Manzano said.
He added in jest that he felt like it was his time, he heard singing, and saw a bright light. The host revealed that the jacket’s price was in six digits.
Due to “hiya” as he already ate a lot of food from the store and his fans were there, he just bought the jacket.
“I ended up buying that jacket. Used it twice or thrice. It’s a nice jacket, but up to now, pinagsisisihan ko pa rin ‘yan,” he revealed.
