For 3 sets, Julia does the following for 30 seconds each:

  • Leg Raise
  • Rotational Crunches

The actress’ routine is more on working out her core and core exercises are really helpful in achieving your desired killer abs. Core is the muscles around your trunk and pelvis and in long term, core exercises can help improve your balance, stability, strengthen and tone the underlying muscles.

It is also helpful for weight loss but to burn abdominal fat, it takes aerobic activities. She said, “I’m gonna show you guys these exercises that I do and I’ve been doing for many years now—it’s very simple.”

According to the actress, working out her core is a must and she makes it to the point of doing this at least three times a week. She makes three sets of this ideally to achieve desired results. What you will just need is to be in your most comfortable workout outfit and a yoga mat – no other equipment needed.
