DTI to Look Into Online Merchant YTS Express for Multiple Scamming Complaints
Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to conduct investigation against online merchant YTS Express due to multiple customers’ complaints.
The Department is now investigating an online seller due to a complaint by some buyers who allegedly bought some products from them. Based on the report, most of the complaints against YST Express were false items delivered.
Others are surprised because there are deliveries coming from the said seller even though they do not have an order. In an interview with Director Ronnel Abrenica, of the Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau of the DTI, they have received complaints against YST Express and are now looking into it.
He said they are just asking the complainants to finally address the complaints. According to Abrenica, there is no YST Express registered in their system.

The story of the buyers is that they discovered YST Express through Facebook ads even though the said merchant did not find a Facebook page. But there are some posts by netizens on Facebook who are also complaining against YST Express.
In this regard, Ninja Van also denied that they were involved in the complaints received against YST Express. Ninja Van is the courier that delivers items purchased by buyers from the seller. Ninja Van is also in contact with customers for a refund and they have also launched their own investigation into this.
