PNP Chief Sinas Loses 20 Kilogram Due to Strict Diet and Exercise Within 4 Months
The Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Police General Debold Sinas is claiming that he lost about 20 kilograms due to strict diet and exercise.
On Thursday (December 3, 2020), the PNP chief requested for a face-to-face interview with Karen Davila as he announced that he lost 20 kilograms in boy weight. He underwent four months of strict diet and exercise.
Sinas consulted a physician for a medical checkup and ask advice to lose weight. Since then, he start to observe strict diet, physical exercise, healthy living, taking enough sleep and avoiding alcoholic beverages.
“That’s almost four months program. ‘Di ba nag-umpisa ako, I consulted the doctor. I have my medical checkup, ginuide po ako kung papaano po… strict diet, healthy living, bawas muna ang mag-inom, tapos sleep well…” Sinas said.
Last month, the police executive ordered the resumption of monitoring the body mass index of police officers to fight obesity and other health related diseases. He also aims to help the cops to get back in shape and prevent them from being overweight.

The BMI requirement has been suspended due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
