Magandang Buhay host Karla Estrada shared this photo of a momshie who was wearing a uniquely funny face mask.
The wearing of face mask has become part of the new normal amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of this, the said item has become a necessity nowadays. Different varieties of face masks were made available and one can choose depending on the preference.
However, it is a fact that not everyone can avail or afford to buy a face mask, especially those expensive ones and for those with a very tight budget. As Pinoy, improvisation is a great thing. Some are making their own masks with whatever material available, just like this momshie who was featured in the recent IG post of Karla Estrada.
The TV host shared her selfie with this innovative mother who used a sanitary napkin as her face mask. “Maparaan talaga ang mga momshie!Mabuti na ang may takip sa ilong at bibig kesa wala! Nagulat din ako kay nanay pero kailangan nyang makuha ang ayuda nya at di pa daw nag aalmusal ang mga anak nya,” the TV host shared.
Apparently, the photo was taken during the time that Karla had her relief efforts for the victims of typhoon Ulysses. The morning talk show host also used the hashtags “madiskarteng nanay” and “laban lang momsh” in her caption.
