Magandang Buhay host Karla Estrada shared the hardships that she encountered as a single mother.
Being a single parent, indeed, requires an extra effort because the work that is supposed to be done by two people is only done by one person. However, for Karla, there is no reason to feel sorry being alone in raising her kids.
“Don’t feel sorry for single mothers. Instead, admire their strength. Tayong lahat ay may sariling opinyon about the right way to raise a child and the right way to be a family,” the actress-host said in her recent Instagram post.
She also revealed that just like many single moms, she also received criticisms, especially on the aspect on how she is raising her children.
“As a mother we have a duty to those we love to soldier on. Despite the doubt, I chose to keep fighting for and with my family with a smile,” she stressed.
Karla Estrada also said that she had no intention of hiding who she is, as well as her family. She also said that even though she was struggling with her own problems, she made sure that she is present in every milestone of her kids.
“I made sure I was present sa bawat milestone, recital, success, at heartbreak. Pinaka-importante sa akin na alam ng mga anak ko na nandito ang kanila ina para sa kanila,” the celebrity mom shared.
For the Queen Mother, every hardships that she went through will have a fruitful ending for them. Karla Estrada expressed how proud she is that she now has 4 achiever children.
