Update on the ABS-CBN Christmas ID 2020 w/c Is Much-Awaited
ABS-CBN CHRISTMAS ID 2020 – Actor Piolo Pascual and a Kapamilya executive, Robert Labayen, talked about the Christmas Station ID.
Undeniably, one of the things a lot of people wait from television networks every Christmas season is the station ID. Both the GMA-7 and the ABS-CBN Network, the two biggest broadcasting networks in the country, prepare and release a Christmas Station ID.
It is also one of the things that crossed the minds of many people most especially the Kapamilya fans and supporters when the network’s franchise bid was junked.
It was more than five months ago when the Kapamilya network’s broadcasting operation went off-air. The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) released a Cease and Desist Order against the network over its expired franchise.
Several hearings were held in the House of Representatives to discuss the issues against ABS-CBN. Last July 10, the voting among the members of the House Franchise Committee did not grant the network a fresh 25-year franchise.
