Famous actress Andi Eigenmann opened up about her choices in life and what it gave her.
ANDI EIGENMANN – Local actress Andi Eigenmann opened up about her life now in Siargao and what made her decide to leave showbiz’s glitz and glamour.
A very simple and peaceful island life with her family is what famous actress Andi Eigenmann has got in exchange of leaving her career in show business. She didn’t totally left but almost all her life since 2018 was spent in that island where she also met the father of Lilo who is now 1 year old.
She is in a relationship with surfer champion Philmar Alipayo and they are now expecting their second child. Meanwhile, Andi also has her eldest daughter Ellie with her, her daughter with ex-boyfriend Jake Ejercito.
And now, speaking about her decision to move to Siargao, what pushed her to do it is because she was feeling lost back then and the island was there to give her the time and peace she needed. She needed the time and space away from the show business to find herself.
Feeling so lost, she was unhappy and being away from the lime light, she went away, found herself and what made her happy. Truly to her words, people have always admired her contentment living a very simple island life with her family.
She added, “Hindi ko naman tinakbuhan yung public per se. It’s just that I wanted a break. Parang ngayon, ang sarap ng pakiramdam na pagkatapos ko pagdaanan yun, ngayon well-adjusted na ako sa buhay na pinili ko at sa mas ginugusto kong buhay, na tinatanggap siya ng mga tao.”
That sense of freedom and peace living in that island are some of the things she loved about it. She can be whoever she want and she got no chance to pretend because no one will judge her. Also, the island is her dream ever since she was little and it has finally come true as per report from PUSH.
