UNITED STATES COVID-19 – Here is an update on the United States coronavirus cases, deaths, and recoveries now.

The COVID-19 pandemic has rocked a lot of healthcare systems across the globe. More than 200 nations and territories were affected by this coronavirus disease.

It is a fatal disease. Across the globe, more than 500,000 people lost their lives to the disease. It bears flu-like symptoms but a person can also be positive for the virus even without showing any signs – thus the spread of the infection can really be rapid.

Several countries have locked their borders in the pursuit to curb the spread of COVID-19. Flights were also halted by the different nations and community quarantines are implemented.

Across the globe now, a total of 13,235,751 cases of COVID-19 were recorded. Based on a tally of Worldometer, out of the said number, a total of 575,525 deaths and 7,696,391 recoveries were recorded.

United States remains as the country with the highest cases of coronavirus. More than 30 of its states have recorded cases of the disease. Based on the tally, here is an update on the United States COVID-19 cases, deaths, and recoveries now:

  • Total Deaths : 138,247
  • Total Recoveries : 1,549,469

U.S. President Donald Trump has previously declared a national emergency over the COVID-19 pandemic in the country. The government released a huge budget for the country’s healthcare system in the fight against coronavirus.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the battle against COVID-19 may be a long-term one. Countries must also not put their guards down early as there is a threat of a second wave of the disease.

Undeniably, the coronavirus has spread rapidly across the globe. Even WHO was alarmed by it. It has brought a lot of changes to many countries.
