2 Policemen Who Reportedly Harassed Young Lady Named Fabel Pineda Face Charges Over her Death
FABEL PINEDA – Two cops who reportedly harassed and abuse the young lady face charges over her untimely death.
Police staff sergeants Randy Ramos and Marawi Torda of the Philippine National Police are now under restrictive custody after they tagged as suspects over the death of a 15-year-old lady. The two are considered as suspects over the incident.
The female teenager filed a molestation case against the two police officers for allegedly abusing and harassing her. She also asked the police officers at Cabugao police station to escort her but they refused to do so.

Unfortunately, the young woman has been shot by riding-in-tandem several times while heading to their home at Brgy. Daclapan, Cabugao in Ilocos Sur last July 2, 2020. She was brought to a private hospital but eventually died due to gunshots.

Fabel and her 18-year-old cousin were reportedly intoxicated when they were arrested for violation of curfew. The police suspects reportedly took advantage of the two girls after the arrest. The 18-year-old woman also filed charges against Randy Ramos.
“They are not men in uniform but animals who deserve to be jailed for life. Walang awa, walang puso, walang kwentang pulis” PNP Chief Archie Gamboa said.
Recently, Gamboa expressed his desire for the immediate dismissal of the two police officers for their alleged involvement in the crime.
