Recently, Lawyer Larry Gandon called out Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano for allegedly railroading the bill that would allow the media network to reopen. He said Cayetano allegedly violated the constitution because he acted the first and second reading on the same day.

“Ipinilit ni Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano ang pag bigay ng pagpa-apruba ng House bill na kanyang inisponsor na ifinile nya kahapon lamang at ifinile nya 30 minutes before the session. Doon ay no-railroad nya, binilisan nya at umabot ng second reading na maipasa nila yung house bill,” he said.
