Kapamilya actress Sylvia Sanchez has message for the health workers.
SYLVIA SANCHEZ – Drama actress Sylvia Sanchez who is positive for coronavirus disease was emotional expressing this message to the frontline workers.
Gratitude. Endless of it is what the veteran drama actress Sylvia Sanchez has for the frontline workers such as the health workers. She and her husband Art Atayde tested positive for the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
In a short clip, the veteran actress was all emotional while expressing her gratitude to all the frontliners who continue to save lives while putting theirs on the line. She said, “Sa mga pag-aalaga at pagmamahal niyo sa aming mga COVID positive, na gusto niyong isalba ang buhay namin, ginagawa niyong lahat mabuhay lang kaming lahat na mga pasyente niyo.”
She recognizes the fear in them while taking care of positive patients like her but still, they brave out their fear fulfilling what they swore about their profession. For their hard work and dedication, the actress expressed that she will forever be grateful for it.
“Wala kayong ginawa kung ‘di sabihan ako araw-araw na ‘Laban lang Syvia, laban lang.’ Kahanga-hanga kayo. Sinasakripisyo ninyo ang buhay ninyo para sa aming mga pasyente niyo,” she added as per ABS-CBN report.
She and her husband will need another test to confirm if they no longer have the virus. And by then, they can finally go home. According to Arjo Atayde, his parent are slowly recovering but the love and support they have been receiving strengthen them amid this tough time of their life.
