SYLVIA SANCHEZ – Drama actress Sylvia Sanchez and her husband Art Atayde tested positive for COVID-19 and Ria Atayde gives update.
Sylvia Sanchez and her husband Art Atayde based on a previous report was among the patients in the country who have contracted Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. They tested positive after suffering from chills, cough, and shortness of breath.
Arjo Atayde shared an update about their condition previously stating that they are slowly recovering. As children, it was difficult for them as both of their parents have the disease but the prayers, love, and support they have all received uplift their spirits.
And now, in an exclusive interview, it’s Ria Atayde’s turn now to share the current condition of her parents. Accordingly, they are finally cleared now of pneumonia and will have to undergo one more test before they can finally go home. And luckily, none of them inside their house who got in contact with Sylvia and Art have exhibited symptoms of COVID-19.
She said as per report, “As of today (she sent the message yesterday, April 8), we have been told that our parents’ lungs are finally cleared from pneumonia. Another test has been done to see if they’re negative for COVID-19 before they can finally go home.”
Meanwhile, other famous personalities who got the virus are Senator Migz Zubiri, Senator Aquilino Pimentel III, Senator Sonny Angara, Kapamilya actress Iza Calzado, and many others. Angara and Calzado have already recovered.
