A few weeks ago, President Rodrigo Duterte declared a state of calamity in the Philippines due to the rampant spread of the coronavirus disease. The President also placed Luzon under an enhanced community quarantine.

The local government units are already implementing stricter rules and regulations in compliance with the lockdown protocols. Invalid reason for going outside the house is prohibited. Residents also need to present a home quarantine pass in order to buy food and medicines.

In the video, the concerned residents told the public to always observe the “No Contact” rule and allow nobody to touch the home quarantine pass to avoid being infected by the contagious disease.

The netizen urged the local authorities to look but not to touch the home quarantine passes to avoid the possible spreading of the virus. He also explained that it was not civil disobedience but just a precautionary measure.
