Matteo Guidicelli Inspires Fans After Completing Elite Harvard Program
MATTEO GUIDICELLI – Actor and entrepreneur Matteo Guidicelli is celebrating another remarkable achievement after finishing an executive leadership course at one of the world’s top universities.
Matteo Guidicelli has added another milestone to his growing list of achievements after completing the prestigious Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School.
The actor, entrepreneur, and reservist proudly announced the accomplishment through an Instagram post, where he reflected on the six-month academic journey that tested his leadership skills, discipline, and personal growth. Matteo first shared in March that he had returned to Harvard Business School to enroll in the highly regarded executive leadership program.
As part of the course, participants were asked by one of their professors to share what they hoped to leave behind for their fellow PLD classmates. Matteo revealed the heartfelt message he wrote in response, emphasizing the importance of values, leadership, and making a meaningful impact.
“Mission accomplished but the mission ALWAYS continues. Six months of case studies, sleepless nights, and focus. When Professor Margolis asked what’s one thing we would like to leave behind to our PLD (program for leadership development) cohorts, this is what I wrote:
“Let us hold the ground with our morals and values for family and country. Let’s continue to win the hearts and minds of the people around us. Continue to scaffold up and stretch to create a difference and value to the world.”
Matteo also expressed his heartfelt appreciation to those who stood by him throughout the demanding program, especially his wife, Sarah Geronimo, and his family.
“To my family, and to my wife — thank you for all the support. This one’s because of you,” he wrote.
Among the photos he uploaded were snapshots with fellow participants from various countries, highlighting the diversity of the leadership program. He also proudly shared a photo of himself standing beside the Philippine flag.
In another Instagram post, Matteo described his classmates as an “incredible international cohort” representing different industries across the globe.
“I’m going to miss each and every one of these people, but the memories I made, and the lessons I learned are what live on forever,” he wrote.
The achievement drew praise from family, friends, colleagues, and fans, including his mother, Glenna. This latest accomplishment follows his completion of executive education programs in marketing and brand value at Harvard in 2025. Beyond academics, Matteo remains active as an entrepreneur, television host, and second lieutenant reservist in the Philippine Army.
