Update on the Coronavirus Cases in the Philippines
CORONAVIRUS CASES IN PHILIPPINES – The total confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Philippines climbed to 193.
Currently, the authorities in the Philippines is seeking the full cooperation of the public in the fight against the COVID-19. The total number of infection cases continue to increase.
President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has already declared a state of calamity in the entire country. It has placed the entire Luzon, where most cases were recorded, under an “enhanced community quarantine”.
Twelve (12) coronavirus patients in PH died during the treatment. It was in the country where the first coronavirus death outside China, the epicenter of the disease, was recorded.
With regards to the total coronavirus cases in the Philippines now, the Department of Health (DOH) recently gave an update. According to ABS-CBN News, in a press briefing, the health department reported that the confirmed cases climbed to 193.
Furthermore, the DOH reported that there is now a total of seven (7) recoveries from coronavirus.
As of this writing, there are no further information yet regarding the new cases. More updates may be posted soon.
