COVID CASES – The two suspected Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases dead on arrival at a hospital in Caloocan according to mayor.

Caloocan Mayor Oscar Malapitan, in an interview, informed that two of the suspected cases of coronavirus disease 2019 were dead on arrival at a hospital. This he reported during his interview on GMA News’ Unang Balita on Tuesday.

According to the Mayor, the doctor told him that the patients who were declared dead on arrival might be positive for COVID-19. He said, “Kahapon may tumawag sa akin. May namatay doon na dalawa. Hindi masabi kung COVID dahil nga dead on arrival pagdating doon sa ospital…Tila COVID-19.”

Some comments from the post urge the official to have the dead persons suspected to have the virus be tested in order to quarantine the persons they have dealt with before dying. The local of Caloocan have already implemented 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew. which started on Sunday to prevent spread of the virus. This will last until April 14.

The Caloocan City government also announced temporary suspension of operations of some establishments such as malls. Grocery stores, banks, restaurants with home delivery, pharmacies, and centers offering medical services, on the other hand, remain open.

Also, in a previous article, the United States of America started the human trial of the vaccine as the virus has fearfully grown globally already. The vaccine is to combat the novel coronavirus to give hope to people all around the world frightened over this disease.
