Several grocery stores and supermarkets were running out of stock of medical supplies due to panic buying. DTI also instructed the grocery and supermarket owners to limit the number of alcohol bottles sold to customers.
Recently, a Facebook user named Angelo Castro Tan has shared the photos of several public utility vehicles providing free alcohol and disinfectants for their beloved passengers. The photos earn praise from the online community.
