China Deploys Hundreds Of Military Medical Staff Epicenter of Coronavirus Outbreak
CORONAVIRUS – China has deployed hundreds of military medical staff to the central city stricken by the coronavirus.
The city of Wuhan is the largest industrial hubs and major crossroads in China. The entire city with 11 million inhabitants is under quarantine to contain the 2019 novel coronavirus (NCoV).
The new virus was thought to have been transmitted from animals to people by eating exotic wildlife. In a previous article, the outbreak was liked to bat soup said a scientist. The video of the woman eating a bat in a restaurant went viral on social media.
Recently, shocking footage of a hospital stuffed with patients worries netizens. All of them were waiting to see a doctor. The people went into a panic and decided to stockpile food and fuel amid the virus outbreak.
In a report, two women who are suspected of contracting the deadly virus successfully gave birth to healthy babies to hospital in Wuhan, China. The news brought delight to lots of netizens.
Based on a report from Inquirer, the government of China deployed 450 military medical staff to Wuhan, China. They arrived at the epicenter of the coronavirus on a military aircraft on Friday, January 24.
Some of them have experienced combating Ebola and SARS. They will be dispatched to the hospital who caters to large numbers of infected patients.
According to the report, this is one of China government’s move to halt the spread of the virus. It has caused the death of 41 people and infected 1,287.
The team is composed of experts in infectious disease, intensive care, respiratory health, and hospital infection control. The governor of the city advised the hospital to make sure the patients are “admitted in time.”
