See some tips below to flatter yourself when it comes to fashion:
- PEAR SHAPED BODY TYPE
- The waist is wider than the bust and a fuller rear where Plunging V-necks in any silhouette, Cowl necks, Bell-sleeves, and Scoop neck are perfect as tops and then add layers in A-line and princess cuts, waist-length jackets, or in outerwears that reached mid-thigh.
- You can also go for dresses with embellished necklines, open backs, dramatic sleeves, and belted styles.
- And for jeans, choose more subtle and dark colors on the bottom.
- HOURGLASS SHAPED BODY TYPE
- Women of curvy bodies with defined waist need to display that lovely shape and it would be perfect if you wear fitted tops, Form-fitting jersey knits, Wrap tops, Peplum blouses, and anything with a V-neck, round neck or boat neck.
- For layers, you can look amazing in classic trench, fitted blazers, cropped silhouettes, and bomber jackets.
- And when wearing a dress, always choose the fitted one and if you are trying to slay flowy styles or other lose fitting clothing, just simply add a belt.
- APPLE SHAPED BODY TYPE
- This shape is where shoulders are broader than your hips and doesn’t have a well-defined waist. For tops, you would look great in Breezy A-line silhouettes, Flowy tunics, boyfriend button-ups, and anything V-neck.
