Official Application Period and Exam Date for UPCAT 2020
UPCAT 2020 – The University of the Philippines posted the official details on the application period and exam date for their college admission test.
Undeniably, one of the most sought-after universities in the Philippines is the University of the Philippines or more commonly known as UP. To be able to enroll to the said university, one must pass the UPCAT.
The UPCAT is the college admission test of the university and it is administered once(1) a year – months prior to the next school calendar of the educational institution.
Based on the claims of the takers, UPCAT is really a tough entrance exam that is why most really study a lot before taking the exam. Many are vying for the slots offered by the school.
The next college admission test for entrance to the University of the Philippines is set on October. Recently, the University of the Philippines posted details about it.
On Facebook, it was announced that the application period for the UPCAT 2020 will start on July 16, 2019 until August 23, 2019. The exam date is on October 5 and 6, 2019.
The University has also posted the specific deadline for the filing of applications based on school and year level. The following will be observed:
- 2 AUGUST 2019 – Regional Public High School
- 9 AUGUST 2019 – Regional Private High School
- 16 AUGUST 2019 – Metro Manila Public High School
- 23 AUGUST 2019 – Metro Manila Private High School
According to UP, for UPCAT 2020 applications that won’t make it to the application period, its processing will depend on the availability of test permits.
