Still Unidentified Men Shot Businessman In Nueva Ecija
BUSINESSMAN – A 72-year-old man who is into business was shot by still unidentified men in Nueva Ecija.
Recently, several alarming and heartbreaking scenarios have taken place in the different areas in the Philippines. Some involve politicians while others’ subjects are private individuals.
Just today, May 25, a news report about another incident that put a life at risk crossed the surface.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, a 72-year-old businessman was shot by still unidentified men in Nueva Ecija.
The investigation of the Nueva Ecija Provincial Police Office showed that the victim whose identity was not revealed was driving his car along the national highway when men aboard a motorcycle attacked him.
The still unidentified suspects shot him and the 72-year-old victim tried to get his car into a subdivision. However, the men aboard a motorcycle followed him and shot him again before finally getting away from the area.
Based on the report, the businessman obtained wounds in his left arm and thigh and is currently recovering in a hospital.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) is still investigating the motive behind the incident. We’ll keep you posted for further updates.
