Gretchen Fullido, Team Gets Injured While Covering 2019 Elections
GRETCHEN FULLIDO – Kapamilya reporter Gretchen Fullido got injured while covering the 2019 midterm elections.
Filipina reporter and model Gretchen Fullido is known for being an anchor of TV Patrol’s Star Patrol segment.
The 38-year-old Kapamilya reporter is among the media who covered the 2019 elections.
However, Gretchen Fullido and her team got into an accident because of a garbage truck that accidentally smashed into their parked vehicle.
The beautiful reporter took to the social media to share her and her team’s scary experience. She also uploaded several photos of their car and the garbage truck.
Gretchen Fullido said the garbage truck accidentally hit their ABS-CBN vehicle. The impact cause her and her team to sustain cervical spasm.
“While covering for Halalan 2019, a garbage truck hurriedly backing up rammed into our parked crew … impact was strong and the back of our crew cab was damaged. I was at the back seat and I really felt my head & neck jolt,” she said.
Gretchen Fullido said they tried to continue their duty but they decided to go to the hospital due to the dizziness and pain they are experiencing.
“We still tried to cover but had to go to the hospital because we were a little dizzy and we were feeling pain on our neck,” said Gretchen.
