PNoy Is The Culprit Behind His Graft Cases, ER Ejercito Claims

ER Ejercito’s Follow-up Statements about Graft Cases Filed Against Him

PNOY IS THE CULPRIT- ER Ejercito has recently been charged with several graft cases following his void insurance plans.

Office of the Ombudsman confirmed that the former governor’s insurance plans did not go through ‘public bidding. And that the awarding with FRCV is unauthorized and illegal.

Following the issue, the former governor claims that the culprit behind the graft cases is the former president of the Republic of the Philippines, Benigno “PNoy” Aquino III.

ER Ejercito blames PNoy for his disqualification and removal from the office. Even before PNoy became president of the Philippines, the former governor pointed the former President as the reason behind Sandiganbayan’s decision to file graft cases against him.

The past feud between the two was so intense that ER Ejercito even went beyond the lines and called the former president ‘Abnoy’ from 2017.

According to an article from PEP, in an interview with ER Ejercito back in September 2017, he threatened the former president for what he did to him.

He also added that the rumors about him being disqualified from running as governor of Laguna this May are ‘fake news’. And that it was all just rumors spread by his enemies in politics.

Atty. Larry Gadon, private counsel of ER Ejercito, released the official statement about ER Ejercito being able to run for election. Here is part of the official statement taken from PEP:

“Governor ER Ejercito is not disqualified and can run for governor of Laguna. This is pure political harassment from Noynoy Aquino loyalists. Former Laguna Governor Emilio Ramon ‘ER’ Ejercito can run for governor of Laguna this 2019. He is not disqualified to run since the decision of the Sandiganbayan is not final and executory…”

It was also mentioned that ER Ejercito paid P30,600.00 bail and appealed for motion for reconsideration at the court of Sandiganbayan.

That’s all there is to it for now. We’ll keep you posted for updates.
