She filed 44 counts of qualified theft against her former employee in six cities such as: Pasig, Makati, Taguig, San Juan, Manila, and Mandaluyong where prosecutors offices of Makati City and Pasig City both dismissed the filed complaint due to lack of evidence.

Meanwhile, the same resolution was released from the Taguig City fiscal it cited probable cause to charge him in court with Estafa and Credit Card Fraud. However, Falcis belies this stating that Kris was favored and highlighted the “proof of bias or sloppy manufactured decision from Assistant City Prosecutor Claire Eufracia Pagayanan” based on previous report.

An arrest warrant was released against Falcis but his family denied his whereabouts. With this, the lawyer of Falcis disclosed their side about this matter of the alleged arrest warrant reportedly released already.

Read the full statement of Falcis’ lawyer, Atty. Regi Ponferrada, below:

“We’ve filed an Omnibus Motion before Branch 117 of the Metropolitan Trial Court of Taguig City, wherein we prayed for leave of court to file a Motion for Preliminary Investigation, for suspension on the ground of existence of a prejudicial question in a civil case, and/or to quash, defer the issuance of, or recall the warrant of arrests on the ground of absence of probable cause.”

Also it has added that they are yet to verify if a warrant was indeed issued.
