Kris Aquino 2nd Loss: Case Against Falcis Also Dismissed In Pasig

Netizens react to Kris Aquino 2nd loss on case against Falcis.

KRIS AQUINO 2ND LOSS – The actress and entrepreneur Kris Aquino had another blow after Pasig City Prosecutor’s Office also dismissed her complaint against Nicko Falcis.

In a previous report, the Makati Prosecutor’s office junked the filed qualified theft complaints of Kris Aquino after having lack of of probable cause and no sufficient evidence.

The fiscal’s statement has indicated, “After a careful examination of the records of the case, this Office is inclined to dismiss the complaints as there is no sufficient evidence to engender a well-founded belief that Falcis committed the crimes charged.”

And now, another blow was given to Aquino as her filed complaint in the Pasig City Prosecutor’s Offices also dismissed the charges against the financial whiz Nicko Falcis.

She filed the same charges against KCAP’s former managing director in Quezon City Office of the City Prosecutor and in other cities such as San Juan, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Makati, Taguig, and Manila based on a report.

The resolution from Pasig, according to an article from ABS-CBN has stated, “The credit card used by respondent (Falcis) was neither stolen, lost, expired, revoked, cancelled, suspended or obtained with intent to defraud.”

I thought Kris has the best lawyers. Kris should just fire Nicko and ask him to pay what she thought was unauthorized and he did. But she has to do this all out drama.

Ngayon sunud-sunod talo niya sa courts, tignan natin kung kaya ni Kris panindigan na hindi na naman dalhin sa social media yung away niya.

Kris lawyers should have filed different case instead of q theft,since cc was issued to Nicko, i am also hurting for kris im not used to seeing her na luhaan, but im sure in the end makakabawi ka im sure of that!
