Falcis arrest warrant finally released, where is he?

FALCIS ARREST WARRANT – The former KCAP’s managing director Nicko Falcis was nowhere to be found after an arrest warrant for him was released.

Aquino and Falcis feud is not yet over about financial matters after the former accused the latter of stealing more than a million of amount from her KCAP production company.

Kris Aquino filed 44 counts of qualified theft against her former employee in six cities such as: Pasig, Makati, Taguig, San Juan, Manila, and Mandaluyong. The prosecutors offices of Makati City and Pasig City both dismissed the filed complaint.

Meanwhile, the Taguig City fiscal also dismissed the qualified theft complaint but found probable cause to charge him in court with Estafa and Credit Card Fraud.

Also, in a previous article, an arrest warrant was released versus Falcis over violation of Republic Act. No. 8484 or the Access Device Regulation Act of 1998. Accordingly, the bail is set at Php 60,000.00 and that he should immediately be brought to the court. However, based on the statement disclosed by Aquino’s camp, Falcis was nowhere to be found. Also, his family can not say anything about his whereabouts for they don’t know his location. Falcis was not there in their residential house.

Here’s the statement for Kris Aquino about the arrest warrant against Nicko Falcis:

“The arrest warrant was served upon Mr. Falcis at his given address in Quezon City, which he claimed in his sworn counter-affidavit as his residential address. When the police arrived, he was not there, and his family and his brother claimed to not know his whereabouts. He continues to be at large as of today.”
