Dead Giant Humpback Whale Mysteriously Discovered In Amazon Rainforest
A giant humpback whale was mysteriously found dead in Amazon Jungle confusing the experts how the marine animal got there.
A carcass of a dead humpback whale has been found in the Amazon rainforest and nobody knows how it got into the jungle.
The huge sea creature was found in Brazilian woodland hidden in the bush after from the sea waters.
Brazilian environmental, health, and sanitation department SEMMA Dirlene Silva said that vultures were found surround the carcass of the marine mammal.
Specialists also went to the unusual resting place of the whale to determine what really happened to the marine animal.
NGO Bicho D’Agua Institute team assumed that the mammal might tangled up in the mangroves after tossed by high tides and rough seas.
“We’re still not sure how it landed here, but we’re guessing that the creature was floating close to the shore and the tide, which has been pretty considerable over the past few days, picked it up and threw it inland, into the mangrove.
Along with this astonishing feat, we are baffled as to what a humpback whale is doing on the north coast of Brazil during February because this is a very unusual occurrence.” Bicho D’Agua’s president and marine specialist Renata Emin said.
The dead whale found 15 meters from the beach was estimate a year old and has a length of 8 meters.
