The Filipina-Australian model, recording artist, and beauty queen, Catriona Gray, was hailed as Miss Universe 2018 last December 17 in Bangkok, Thailand.
During the pageant, Catriona show off the beautiful cultures in the Philippines by wearing meaningful outfits and accessories on the prestigious pageant.
Following a previous article, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray had her official homecoming parade yesterday February 21.
A lot of people lined up on the streets just to see her despite the heat of the sun. Even the beauty queen herself waved and smiled to her “kababayans” on her float regardless of the sun.
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray paraded through the streets of Pasay, Makati, and Manila riding on her lava-inspired float.
During the parade, the Bicolana beauty queen wore a gown inspired by the country’s national flower Sampaguita and national leaf Anahaw created by Mak Tumang.

Tumang is also the designer of the Bicolana model’s Ibong Adarna gown and her iconic Mayon volcano gown during the coronation night.
Catriona Gray’s lava-inspired float has a huge replica of her Makimoto Crown.

Miss Universe 2018 will also have more intimate homecoming motorcade this coming February 24 at the Araneta Center in Cubao.
