List of Nominees for Grammy Awards 2019 Major Categories

GRAMMY AWARDS 2019 – Here is the list of the nominees in the major categories of the much-awaited Grammy Awards for this year.

One of the most prestigious award-giving body in the international music industry is The Recording Academy. Through its Grammy Award which is held annually, it recognizes the excellent works of singers and songwriters.

The Grammy Awards has major categories including the Record of the Year, the Album of the Year, the Song of the Year, and the Best New Artist.

The first two major awards, the Record of the Year and the Album of the Year, is given to the performer and production team of the song/album while the Song of the Year is awarded to a songwriter.

With regards to the Best New Artist award, it is given to an artist whose hit first recording has given identity to him or her in the music field. Currently, many are surely excited to know the nominees for Grammy Awards 2019.

Recently, the list of the nominees in the major categories of Grammy Awards 2019 has been released. Based on a report in ABS-CBN News, the following are nominated for the main awards of the upcoming event:

Based on the report, the awards will be given on Sunday in Los Angeles. Among the nominees Rapper Kendrick got the most nominations with 8 and next to is Drake of Canada with 7 nominations.
