Distressed Netizen Expresses Dismay Over Lack of Support for Pinoy Seafarers

A distressed netizen has expressed his dismay towards the lack of support for Pinoy seafarers and poor service quality of PH Maritime Industry Authority.

Filipino seafarers were having a tough and difficult life working across the ocean enduring the loneliness away from their families.

Most of Pinoy seafarers were sacrificing their own happiness just to earn a huge amount of cash to provide the necessities of their loved ones.

However, the Filipino sea workers were also suffering hardships in processing documents required for their job.

Recently, a Facebook user named Red Palomera has expressed his disappointment towards the poor service quality of Maritime Industry Authority of the Philippines.

Palomera complained about the lack of support for the Filipino seafarers who were enduring hunger and stress just to complete their documents.

Hindi manlang mabigyan ng magandang aksyon ang ahensyang ito! Kaming mga Marinong Pilipino ang sa-suffer sa kabulukan ng sistema nyo! Hindi nyo alam kung pano magutom at mag puyat para lang makapag proseso ng papeles! Hindi nyo alam kung gano kahirap mag antay ng di mabilang na oras para lang ma evaluate ang mga papeles! HINDI NYO ALAM KASI WALA KAYONG PAKIALAM! At bakit ba kasi ayaw nyong mag dagdag ng evaluator? Sa dami ng nag paprocess iilan lang sila? Walo lang ata tapos tatatlo lang minsan nag eevaluate! Asan yung iba? Lunch break? Eh ang mga seaman nga na nakapila wala pang almusal eh at akala ko ba no lunch break pag Government Agencies? Anong nangyai? Gawin nyo kayang 30 katao ang nag eevaluate tutal malaki naman kita nyo at may ipapasahod naman kayo at para mabilis na din ang proseso. Yung ibang mga seaman luluwas pa sa manila galing probinsya tapos sasayangin nyo lang ang oras at pera. Yung iba inutang pa kasi matagal ng natambay. Imbis na makatulong kayo saming mga seaman dagdag pa kayo sa problema. Instead na nag papahinga kami at nag babakasyon eh nag papakahirap pumila. Napakadaming Training na dapat kunin, napaka daming papel na kailangan bitbitin (Take note sa pilipinas lang to ha? Minsan nga nag tatanung ang mga ibang lahi bat napakadami naming dalang Training Certificate) bawat galaw gastos! Halos wala ng matira sa sahod kaka-training.
