Latest Weather Updates in PH Released by PAGASA (January 31, 2019)
The state weather bureau PAGASA released the newest and the latest weather updates in the country for today.
On Thursday (January 31, 2019), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported the current weather systems affecting the country.
PAGASA said that the cold front’s tail-end and the northeast monsoon would affect the weather condition in several areas.
The tail-end of a cold front would continue to affect the weather condition over the region of Mindanao.
The northeast monsoon would bring cloudy weather conditions with light rains over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Kalinga and Aurora.
The Amihan would also bring cloudy conditions with isolated light rains over the Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan.
Meanwhile, the coastal weather conditions over the Northern Luzon and in Aurora Province would be moderate to rough.
The surrounding sea conditions over the eastern section of Visayas and its coastal waters will be rough.
Moderate to rough sea conditions are also expected over the rest of the Visayas, according to the weather agency.
