Indonesia Hit by Earthquake with 6.0 Magnitude
EARTHQUAKE – The United States Geological Survey (USGS) recorded a 6.0 magnitude quake in Indonesia.
Most of the time, quakes hit with no prior signs. Recently, several places in and out of the Philippines were shaken by quakes of different magnitudes.
One of the latest strong quakes recorded by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) is the 7.1 magnitude quake in Davao Oriental, Philippines.
There were expected aftershocks due to the said quake and a tsunami advisory was released.

Based on the report, the USGS said that the quake was located 219 km (136 miles) south of Raba in the east of Sumbawa. Initially, the quake that hit a part of Indonesia was recorded at 6.1
According to Pacific Tsunami Warning Center based in Hawaii, currently, there is now warning with regards to the possible effect of the quake that jolted Indonesia.
Furthermore, fortunately, there are also no reports of damage or loss of lives caused by the quake.
