Ordinary Bus allegedly Charged Overpriced Fares to Commuters, According to Disappointed Passenger

A disappointed passenger has expressed her fury towards an ordinary bus liner for charging overpriced fares toward commuters.

Nowadays, bus is one of the most popular public transportation vehicles not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world.

Most commuters and passengers were already used to take public bus to reach their point of destinations.

However, passengers might experience inconvenience and troubles during their travel using public bus.

Recently, a Facebook user named Joana Bernardino has expressed her disappointment towards an ordinary bus liner charging overpriced fares to its passengers.

Bernardino narrated that Elavil Bus heading to Bicol usually charges P800 per passenger but the PUV personnel allegedly charged them with another P200 for Jollibee meals.

The commuter also revealed that the bus charged the passengers with an additional P100 for the luggage compartment and P50 for porters.

“Brad, grabe kayo managa sa mga pasahero. Ordinary bus to bicol lang kayo. Php800 lang ang pamasahe pero humihingi ka pa ng “pang Jollibee” mo Kaya 1k singil nyo per passenger. Hindi kayo nagbebenta sa ticket booth dahil “bulungan style” ang bentahan sa may bus mismo. Hindi pa kayo nakontento, Pati bagahe na ilalagay sa estribo 100pesos ang singil nyo. Eh Kaya nga may Compartment yang bus dahil lagayan talaga ng bagahe yan. At dahil nuknukan ng kapal yang mukha nyo, naningil pa kayo ng dagdag na 50pesos sa “pagbuhat” ng bagahe papasok sa estribo nyo! Eh kami naman ang nagbitbit, literal na inabot lang sa tao nyo para sya ang mag pasok! So, ang TOTAL FARE NG ORDINARY BUS NG ELAVIL Php1150. Leche kayo, wala lang choice mga pasahero Kaya kinakagat yan. Ang kakapal ng mukha nyo. May araw rin kayo.”
