Recently, a Facebook user named Raul Vicente Carreon Campos has uploaded a video and photo of a massive amount of garbage scattered along the streets of Ligayen, Pangasinan.
In the video, it can be seen that tons of garbage scattered beside a certain establishment, which is extremely disgusting.
