Lady Passenger Lambasts Cebu Pacific Over Her Ransacked Luggage & Missing Valuables
A plane passenger has lambasted the Cebu Pacific airline over her ransacked luggage and missing valuables despite the surety measures she has done.
Nowadays, countless passengers have already filed their complaints regarding damaged luggage and missing valuables.
The disappointed passengers usually blame the airport and airline over the popular luggage robbery incident in the country.
Recently, a Facebook user named AR Baranda Murillo has expressed her sentiments after her luggage was allegedly ransacked by staff from Cebu Pacific.
Murilllo wrote that she had already done enough security measures with her baggage but there are airline staffs who take advantage of their jobs.
The lady passenger said that she made a complaint thru Facebook only and ended up receiving a photocopy of complaints form.
She also warned the public to be very careful with Cebu Pacific and other airline companies.

“Friends and family be very careful when you fly with Cebu Pacific Air or any other airline. They have staff that really takes advantage of their jobs. I actually thought I had already done enough security measures with my baggage, guess they’re that desperate. Worse, upon reporting CebuPac staff suggested I make a complaint thru facebook instead and did not deal with my issue properly. We ended up being sent home with a xerox copy of the complaints form.
