Class Suspensions On Wednesday (November 21)
Several local government units have declared class suspensions over some parts of the country due to the effect of tropical depression Samuel.
On Wednesday (November 21, 2018), the classes have been suspended in several areas due to the anticipated inclement weather condition brought by the weather disturbance.
Tropical Depression Samuel carrying strong winds and scattered to widespread moderate to heavy rains was expected to affect the areas of Visayas, CARAGA, MIMAROPA, provinces of Misamis Oriental, Camiguin and Masbate, including Ticao Island.
The local government declared the suspension of classes in the following areas due to Samuel:

- Busuanga
- Magsaysay
- Cagayancillo
VISAYAS

- Bago, Negros Occidental
- San Carlos City, Negros Occidental
- Iloilo City
Region 7 – PRESCHOOL TO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
- Cebu province
- Bohol
ALL LEVELS
- Cebu City (public)
- Danao City, Cebu (public)
- Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu (public)
- Talisay, Cebu
- Negros Oriental province (public and private)
Region 8 – ALL LEVELS
- Tacloban, Leyte
