Jasmine Curtis reacts over the issue of FPJAP versus PNP.

FPJAP VERSUS PNP – The Kapuso actress Jasmine Curtis reacted to the stirring issue of PNP’s concern over police corruption in the show Ang Probinsyano.

Previously, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Oscar Albayalde raises his concern about the police corruption in the said show. He said that it was not fair for the PNP in the reality.

“Hindi naman fair sa PNP ‘yung mga ganyang portrayal. Parang ‘yung the chief PNP himself is a villain — hindi naman po siguro kailanman nangyari sa amin. In reality, well, hindi puwedeng mangyari iyan,” he complained.

The lead actor of the show himself, Coco Martin, also reacted in the said issue and apologized explaining that the incident in the show are just purely incidental and does not insinuate something about the reality in the society.

In Rappler’s report, Interior and Local Government Secretary Eduardo Año says that it affects the morale of the PNP. They don’t want it stopped but they wanted it to change the plot.

And the Kapuso actress Jasmine Curtis has reacted to this and expressed in a Twitter account, “First was Goyo and a politician. Now it’s a TV series and the PNP. Authorities want tv and film to show “better” things about them…… Hah”
