Guimbal, Iloilo Hit by Earthquake
EARTHQUAKE – A recently hit Guimbal, Iloilo according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), November 5, 2018.
Certain quakes have recently jolted areas inside the Philippines. San Jose, Antique was jolted at 7:45 in the morning today according to PHIVOLCS.
Recently, a quake hit Western Visayas and its epicenter was located in Guimbal, Iloilo.
Based on a post on the social media page of Cebu Daily News, the epicenter of the quake was found 5 kilometers east of Guimbal, Iloilo. Intensity IV was felt in Iloilo City while Intensity II was felt in Cebu City.
The said quake was tectonic in origin and specifically jolted the place at 10:54:06 in the morning today.
