Coco Martin Speaks on Upcoming MMFF 2018 Movie with Vic Sotto, Maine Mendoza
COCO MARTIN – Kapamilya actor Coco Martin revealed the “twist” in his upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival 2018 movie entry with Kapuso actor Vic Sotto and young actress Maine Mendoza.
Vic Sotto, Coco Martin, and Maine Mendoza are set to work together in Jack Em Poy: The Puliscredibles based on a report. It is the first time of the Kapamilya star to work with the two Kapuso stars.
Vic and Maine are working together in the GMA-7 noontime variety show Eat Bulaga! and the young actress also had a special participation in Bossing’s MMFF 2017 entry Meant To Beh.
It is the first time of Maine Mendoza to work on a movie that the casting does not include Kapuso actor Alden Richards, her loveteam partner.
Based on a recent report on Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub (PUSH), Coco Martin is going to be the director of his upcoming movie with Vic Sotto and Maine Mendoza. He was also the director and the main star of his MMFF 2017 entry Ang Panday.
At the story conference for Jack Em Poy: The Puliscredibles, Coco revealed the “twist”. According to him, a different combination can be seen in their upcoming movie – Vic will be with the Kapamilya actors and Ang Probinsyano casts while he will be with Eat Bulaga hosts.
According to Coco Martin, he was the one who talked to Mr. Tony Tuviera and they talked about the script of the movie.
“Nagpalitan po ng kanya kanyang kuwento para mapaganda yung pelikula, tapos sabi niya kakausapin daw niya si Bossing,” he said.

Based on the report, Coco Martin admitted that he was really surprised by the big casting of the upcoming MMFF film. He described it like two worlds being joined into one. The Kapamilya actor expressed that a different “dynamics” would be seen in the film.
