Killed Grab Driver Gerardo Maquidato’s Car Found In Tarlac

The car of the killed Grab driver Gerardo Maquidato was recovered in Tarlac.

GRAB DRIVER – The authorities have recovered the car of the killed “good Samaritan” Grab driver Gerardo Maquidato in Tarlac.

Gerardo Maquidato was dubbed as a “good Samaritan” because of the good deed he has done in one of his passengers.

The story of his good deed gone viral last August 2016 and he was greatly commended for it by the people of the social media community.

He picked up a passenger diagnosed to have diabetes on her way to collect bags of blood for her dialysis and he did not load the patient for fare out of his utmost kindness.

Maquidato, on the night of October 26, was booked by customers.

But these customers happened to be the prime suspects of his untimely death.

One of whom is Narc Tulod Delemios of Block 23 Lot 2, Don Carlos Revilla Street, Narra Extension, Barangay 148, Pasay City.

Delemios and his still-unidentified companions booked a service from the Grab driver before shooting him.

As per the previous report, around 7:50 p.m. on Thursday night, a witness has confessed of hearing gunshots.

The gunshot entered at the back of his head and exited on his left eye.

With the car of the victim, the suspects sped away toward Cesna Street.

And recently, as per the report from the Twitter account of the , the car of the killed driver has been recovered by the authorities in Tarlac.

And because of the mishap that happened to Maquidato, Grab Philippines implemented a “No ID, No Entry” policy.

A letter for Grab riders has been as well which read, “Before starting the trip, our driver-partners may ask you to show a personal identification card (ID) to verify your identity, especially during nightshift hours. We assure you that all information shown to our driver-partners will be kept confidential and will only be used for verification purposes.”
