Vice Ganda Unexpectedly Challenge Jake Zyrus
The Filipino actor/host Vice Ganda has challenged the former child prodigy Charice Pempengco who is now called as Jake Zyrus.
Recently, Charice Pempengco has become the headlines of news and articles in the social media due to her controversial change of name to Jake Zyrus. She was also involved in some issues and controversies after she allegedly undergoes a breast removal surgery and other transgender processes.
Jake Zyrus has recently featured in a show entitled “Gandang Gabi Vice,” which was hosted by the Filipino comedian, judge, and actor Vice Ganda. The host has interviewed and had a conversation with the transman.
Zyrus said that she was always dreaming of being a transgender and changing her name into Jake Zyrus. She also shared that she wanted to perform on stage all over the world with that name.
Unexpectedly, Vice Ganda suddenly challenged and asked Jake Zyrus a shocking question.
Vice: Paano ‘yun, kunwari may baklang magkakagusto sa iyo. Kunwari ako, bet kita, keri mo yun?
Jake: Feeling ko kasi parang straight ako. Mafa-flatter ako kasi iba ‘yung feeling kapag halimbawa ‘pag nakita ako ng mga gay people tapos sasabihin nila sa akin, ‘Uy! Crush kita!’ Nakakatuwa. Nakakakilig. But I can always make an exception.
The former child prodigy shared that she is still overwhelmed by being a Transman. She also wanted to hear people calling her the name she wanted and genuinely respecting her regardless of gender.
Zyrus also said that being Charice is one her wonderful experience in life. She also said that she can’t believe that her dreams already come to reality and she is really proud of what she is right now.
