Thus, through his Facebook account, he posted a status of him that indicates statement explaining and defending himself from all the controversies being thrown at him:

Sobrang sakit lang sa akin na after mong ibigay at ibuhos ang kabutihang loob at pagmamahal sakanilang pamilya ay aakusahan kang isang scammer at stalker to the national public. It was clearly quoted from the article of pep.ph that Ella Cruz officially acknowledged me as a former legitimate business partner of the family pero noong sobrang pumutok na ang #CoffeeWithErichbillboard ko and so with my name ay bigla na akong naging “scammer with a monkey business”. Ano pong kinalaman ng billboard ko sa inyong pamilya? Hindi naman po iyon #CoffeeWithElla diba? Ang hirap kapag ang umakusa saiyo ay ina ng isang kilalang artista dahil napakataas ng credibility nito sa mata ng publiko. Automatic ay sisintensiyahan ka ng lahat ng tao nang walang kalaban-laban.
