The boxing champ Manny Pacquiao responds to the reaction of Jim Paredes after the loss from recent match against Jeff Horn.
A video was uploaded and shared on the YouTube channel Philippines News Army where it indicated the reaction of the boxing icon over the Twitter post of Jim Paredes because of his loss.
On Sunday, July 2, the Filipino boxer faced the Australian Jeff Horn to defend his title and belt to where the match was tagged as the ‘Battle of Brisbane’.
But then the result of the match had disappointed a lot of people especially the supporters of Manny due to the reason that the opponent of the boxer was able to snatch from him the world title.
The disappointment went to social media and one of those who got disappointed is Jim Paredes, a veteran Filipino musician.
According to the previous report, the Twitter posts told:
“Pacquiao lost!!!”
“What a great day!!”
“You used to unify us. The whole nation.. Not anymore. EJK, anti-gay, death penalty got in the way.
After u rest I hope you pay your taxes.”
Supporters of the boxer upon seeing the posts did not like the taste of it and so they commented on it. But then the Filipino boxer just dismissed it and did not feel any bad about the post.
According to the video, Pacquiao just said how grateful he is for those who supported him all along and for those who prayed for him.
However, despite the reactions of the netizens regarding the issue, mostly from them demands a rematch from the two boxers who just recently fought for the title.
