VICKI BELO – Makati Mayor Abigail Binay officiated the civil wedding of Dr. Hayden Kho and Dra. Vicki Belo.

Recently, a photo together with a heart-melting caption crossed the Instagram account of Dra. Belo.

In the caption, the female doctor expressed that instead of feeling afraid that she would lose her freedom, she feels “happy and free”. She expressed her gratitude to Mayor Binay for officiating their wedding.
