A Facebook user named “Bulik Kilub” has uploaded a video of traffic enforcers in Sta. Rosa Laguna who did not issue a ticket violation to an alleged government employee who violated the traffic rules, wherein the enforcers caught him for the same violation.
In the video, it can be seen that the netizen were taking video recording the traffic enforcers who did not issue a violation ticket and did not confiscate the driver’s license of an alleged government employee wearing slippers.
The traffic enforcers have confiscated the license of Kilub for also wearing slippers while driving, but they exempt the motorist saying that he was a government employee. He insists that the enforcers should not exempt anyone because law covers everyone.
The video immediately goes viral after it was posted in the social media on Friday (June 02, 2017). The viral video garnered 316k views, 1.7k reactions, over 1k shares, and 794 comments as of this writing. Netizens slammed the traffic enforcers for exempting their colleague.
