Bea Alonzo Shares the Romantic Detail That Started Her Love Story With Vincent Co
BEA ALONZO – From confessing her feelings first to admitting she is the clingier one, Bea Alonzo gave fans a glimpse into her relationship with Vincent Co.
Actress and entrepreneur Bea Alonzo openly shared details about her relationship with billionaire husband Vincent Co, revealing that she was the one who first expressed her feelings by saying “I love you.”
The Kapuso actress answered a series of personal questions during a recent event, giving fans a glimpse into her married life and the romantic side of her relationship with Co.
Bea revealed that she is currently enjoying what she described as her “wife era,” more than a month after tying the knot with her husband. She said that being married has brought her a sense of happiness and comfort, especially knowing that someone is waiting for her at home after a busy day.
“I’m happy with my ‘Wife Era’. I look forward to going home to see him no matter how chaotic the world is, I know that there’s someone waiting for me at home. I’m enjoying this chapter of my life,” the actress’s joyful statement.
The actress was also asked about the early stages of their romance, particularly who made the first move when it came to saying the words “I love you.”
Bea did not hesitate to admit that she was the first to say it. Her response also showed her romantic personality, as she described herself as someone who embraces being a hopeless romantic.
“Yes. Pero sinagot niya ako agad. As a lover girl, hopeless romantic,” the actress said in seemingly giddy chatter.
Another question focused on their personalities as a couple, specifically who tends to be more affectionate or clingy. Bea playfully admitted that the answer was her, adding that their different love languages may explain how they express affection toward each other.
“Alam mo buti wala siya rito. Yes, I’m more clingy. Magkaiba kasi kami ng love language.
“Siya act of service and quality time at ako naman physical touch and words of affirmation,” said Bea.
Their contrasting love languages appear to complement their relationship, with Vincent showing affection through actions and spending meaningful time together, while Bea prefers physical closeness and verbal reassurance.
Bea and Vincent exchanged vows in a private civil wedding ceremony on July 13, 2026, at Makati City Hall. The ceremony was officiated by Makati City Mayor Nancy Binay.
Since their wedding, Bea has continued to share her happiness about entering a new chapter of her life as a wife.
